PRIVACY POLICY
POLICIES
Appointment Policy
To ensure availability for your preferred date and time, we recommend scheduling appointments in advance. A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Our online booking system reflects current availability; however, appointments are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from our system. Clients are expected to arrive on time to receive their full scheduled service.
If you arrive late, your appointment time may be shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled guests. In certain cases, you may be asked to reschedule.
Consultation Policy
All new laser hair removal clients are required to complete a consultation prior to beginning treatment. Consultations include a review of medical history, evaluation of skin type and hair characteristics, discussion of realistic expectations, and development of a personalized treatment plan.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical information. Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, or recent treatments may increase the risk of adverse reactions and may result in refusal of service.
Cancellation Policy
We respectfully require a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Appointments canceled with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments without notice, may result in a cancellation fee charged to the card on file.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of booking privileges or requirement of prepayment for future appointments.
Pricing and Payments Policy
All pricing is subject to change without notice. Prepaid packages must be used within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase. Services are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. In the event of chargebacks, disputed transactions, or payment reversals, Lueur Salon & Spa reserves the right to suspend future services until the matter is resolved.
Refunds Policy
Services rendered are non-refundable. Prepaid services and packages are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Child and Minor Policy
Clients under the age of eighteen (18) must have written parental or guardian consent prior to receiving treatment. For safety and comfort reasons, we ask that children not receiving services do not accompany clients during appointments.
Pet Policy
Only registered service animals are permitted within the spa.
